Welcome to Mackay Stadium, home of the Wolf Pack. Opened in 1966 and located at the north end of the University of Nevada campus, Mackay Stadium seats approximately 30,000 fans.

The Wolf Pack athletics department strives to make your Mackay Stadium experience a safe, positive and memorable one.

Spectators are not permitted on the playing field at any time.

ACCESSIBILITY ACCOMMODATIONS AND INFORMATION

• Text Messaging Service

To request accessibility assistance on game day – guests can text (833)-833-4842 with the request and location beginning 90 minutes prior to kick-off. (Example: “Companion Chair needed in Section A”). Nevada Guest Services staff are monitoring messages and will reply with an update on requested services as quickly as possible. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

• General Public Accessible Parking for Guests with Disabilities
Is available outside Gate 5 (Jensen Plaza), 1st Floor of the West Stadium Garage, and select locations across campus. Please contact our ticket operations office for more details at (775)-348-PACK. Ticket Information Central.

• Entry Screening Accommodations
All guests and personal items (including assistive devices) are subject to screening and inspection before entering Mackay Stadium. The designated Medical/Family Lanes at each entrance are accessible for all guests with disabilities. Guests should notify Event Staff that they have a medical device and will be assisted through the screening process.

• Accessible Seating for Guests with Disabilities
All accessible seating locations are assigned, ticketed seating areas. Accessible seating is available throughout the stadium. Guests can purchase tickets for ADA seating areas by visiting the Nevada Ticket Office at Lawlor Event Center, online at Ticket Information Central, or over the phone at (775)-348-PACK. On game day, guests can exchange tickets for accessible seating prior to entering the stadium at the Jensen Plaza Ticket Booth or Gate 2 Ticket Booth.

• Elevators
Elevator access is permitted only for appropriately credentialed staff and guests with disabilities to access ADA seating and the suites on the west side of the stadium. The elevators are located between the West Stadium Parking Garage and the west side of the stadium. There is also an elevator in the southeast corner of the stadium for access to the ADA seating and suites on the east side of the stadium.

• Accessible Restrooms for Guests with Disabilities
All stadium restrooms are accessible to guests with disabilities. Accessible restrooms are located on the east and west concourses and on all floors of the west suites.

• Service Animals
University of Nevada Athletics welcomes trained Service Animals to Mackay Stadium. A Service Animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. A Service Animal must be under the control of the handler at all times. A Service Animal must be leashed or tethered unless doing so would interfere with the task that it was trained to perform for the individual with a disability. A Service Animal must not show aggression toward people or other animals. A Service Animal does not bark, growl, or whine unless trained to do so as a warning sign to the handler. A Service Animal does not solicit food or other items from the general public. A Service Animal’s work does not disrupt the normal course of business. Service Animals should wear current rabies vaccination tags at all times or provide proof of vaccination upon request. If a Service Animal is found in violation of these guidelines, the Service Animal will be escorted out of the facility.

• Service Animals in Training
Service Animals in Training have the same access rights as people with disabilities using a Service Animal. The Service Animal in Training must wear a collar and leash, harness or cape that identifies it as a Service Animal in Training. Service Animals in Training should wear current rabies vaccination tags at all times or provide proof of vaccination upon request. The trainer is liable for any damage caused by the animal while on University of Nevada property. Service Animals in Training must be under the control of the handler at all times, must be housebroken, and must follow all behavior guidelines established for fully trained Service Animals. If the Service Animal in Training is found in violation of these guidelines, the Service Animal in Training will be excluded from the facility.

• Emotional Support Animals
Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs, and companion dogs are not Service Animals as defined by the ADA and are not permitted at Mackay Stadium.

• Emergency or Severe Weather Evacuation Procedures
Any emergency in Mackay Stadium will be communicated via public address announcement and video board display. Both will contain clear directions on how to proceed.

• ADA Ticket Fraud
Includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Nevada Athletics reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets or removal from the stadium.

ALCOHOL
• Alcohol Sales

Guests 21 years and older will have the opportunity to purchase beer, seltzer, and hard cider at concessions locations throughout the stadium. Alcohol sales will begin 90 minutes prior to kick-off with stadium gates and stop at 0:00 at the end of the 3rd Quarter.

• Alcohol policies will be strictly enforced on game day – please review the policies below:

• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into or carried out of stadium gates.

• All guests consuming alcoholic beverages will be required to show ID regardless of age.

• Two drinks maximum per identification, per transaction.

• Guests may be refused purchase at the discretion of stadium staff.

• Underage drinking is prohibited.

All guests must be prepared to show proper identification to stadium staff. If improper identification is shown, the guest will be referred to the University Police.

Guests under the age of 21 found in possession of alcohol by stadium staff will be addressed by University Police, ejected from the event, and potentially face further sanction. Any Nevada student, under the age of 21 found in possession of alcohol by stadium staff will be addressed by University Police, ejected from the event, and will be referred to the Office of Student Life Services.

Individuals who are seen supplying alcohol to underage guests will be addressed by stadium staff and University Police, ejected from the event, and potentially face further sanction. Any Nevada students, who are seen supplying alcohol to underage guests will be addressed by stadium staff and University Police, ejected from the event, and will be referred to the Office of Student Life Services for disciplinary action.

University of Nevada students found to be in violation of the University of Nevada Alcohol Policy will face disciplinary action from the Office of Student Life Services.

• No refunds will be provided for confiscated beverages.

ATM
• Nearest ATM

The nearest ATM is located in the Joe Crowley Student Union

BANNER/SIGNAGE POLICY
• Banners and signs are not permitted inside Mackay Stadium

Nevada Athletics reserves the right to prohibit or remove any a banner or sign that obstructs the view of other fans, obscures stadium signage, can be considered an advertisement, or is determined to be obscene, vulgar, indecent, inappropriate, or derogatory.

CAMERA POLICY
• Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only

Cameras and video cameras with a lens longer than four (4) inches are not permitted in Mackay Stadium.

CONCESSIONS
• Concessions stands operated by Sodexo serve a variety of food and Pepsi products throughout the Mackay Stadium

Stands open ninety (90) minutes prior to kick-off.
Beginning in 2023, all transactions at Mackay Stadium concession stands will be CASHLESS

CONDUCT
Nevada Athletics expects all guests to always conduct themselves in an appropriate manner before, during, and after the game. We expect all guests to treat other guests, players, coaches, and officials with courtesy. Please join us in creating a fun, safe, family atmosphere at Mackay Stadium by not:

Interfering with other guests’ ability to enjoy the game
Using/displaying foul or abusive language or gestures
Appearing to be intoxicated or in a diminished capacity
Failing to produce a ticket upon request or sitting in a seat that does not match your ticket
Entering the playing field or restricted access areas
Throwing objects onto the field or within the stadium
Other disorderly behavior

Guests should contact guest services, security, or the nearest police officer if they feel someone is acting inappropriately. Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. Repeated offenses will result in the loss of season or student ticket privileges with no refund.

ELEVATORS
Elevator access is permitted only for appropriately credentialed staff and guests with disabilities to access ADA seating and the suites on the west side of the stadium. The elevators are located between the West Stadium Parking Garage and the west side of the stadium. There is also an elevator in the southeast corner of the stadium for access to the ADA seating and suites on the east side of the stadium.

EMERGENCY MEDICAL ASSISTANCE/FIRST AID
For first aid and emergency medical assistance, please visit the first aid stations located in the southeast corner of the stadium. Emergency Medical Operations are staffed by REMSA. In case of emergency, please contact the nearest staff member for assistance or call University Police at (775)-784-1110 or Reno Police at 9-1-1.

EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS
Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs, and companion dogs are not Service Animals as defined by the ADA and are not permitted at Mackay Stadium.

ENTRY AND SCREENING POLICY
Clear Bag Policy will be enforced at all gates.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Outside food and beverage are prohibited. (Exceptions: Medical & childcare reasons)

GROUP HOSPITALITY INFORMATION
Groups and corporate hospitality areas are located in various spaces surrounding Mackay Stadium. For more information or to order tailgate packages, please contact the ticket operations staff at (775)-348-PACK.

GUEST SERVICES
Inside Mackay Stadium, Guest Services staff in their yellow or blue polos are ready to assist with ADA, directional assistance, and more. On the stadium concourse, the Bostock Gate Guest Services Desk is located behind Section 18. Guests needing assistance should text the issue, need, and location to (833)-833-4842 – message & data rates may apply.

LOST CHILDREN
Parents/guardians reporting or inquiring about lost children should contact the nearest Police Officer, Security, or Guest Services representative. Officers, Security, and Guest Services will immediately contact the security dispatch with all important information about the child. This information will be disseminated to all relevant parties at Mackay Stadium.

If a Police Officer, Security, or Guest Services representative finds a lost child, every effort will be made to quickly return the child to their parents or guardians. If a child's seat location can be determined, staff will try to return the child to their seat. A police officer will stay with the child until their parents or guardians arrive. If the parents/guardians cannot be located at their seat location in a reasonable amount of time, actions will take place to contact parents/guardians.

LOST AND FOUND
If any article is lost or found in the stadium, please inquire about, or report the item to the Ticket Booth in Jensen Plaza. Items turned into University Police or Guest Services during the game will be turned into the Ticket Booth in Jensen Plaza for the duration of the game. All lost and found items not picked up prior to the end of the game will be available for pick-up at the Information Center Front Desk on the 1st floor of the Joe Crowley Student Union on Monday mornings following home games. Unclaimed lost and found items will be retained for ninety (90) days following the event.

MERCHANDISE
Silver and Blue Outfitters will be selling Wolf Pack merchandise at every game in the southwest corner of the stadium.

NEVADA RADIO
Before every home game, listen to the Learfield Sports Network broadcast team of John Ramey (pxp) and Nevada Athletics Hall of Famer Mike Edwards (analyst) on the hour-long Tailgate Show. The pregame show airs live on the Nevada Wolf Pack radio network and on the Varsity Network app, at www.varsitynetwork.com.

PARKING AND TRAFFIC INFORMATION
• Parking Hours

Parking Lots are open 5 hours prior to kickoff.

• Parking Pricing
Season and Individual game parking passes vary by location and by opponent. To purchase season or individual game parking passes, contact the Nevada Athletics Ticket Office at (775) 348-PACK

• Game Day Parking Lot Vehicle Removal Information
If a car is towed, due to illegal parking on gameday, please contact Milne Towing at (775)-359-0106.

• Recreational and Oversized Vehicle (RV/OV) Parking
Those with RV/Trailer parking needs must have the corresponding passes to gain entrance to their assigned parking lots.

• Bus Parking o Groups bringing a bus must contact us in advance to coordinate a staging zone for drop off. Buses must park at the Reno Softball Complex (2975 N Virginia St, Reno, NV 89506).

• Rideshare Services

To improve the game day experience of guests and drivers alike, drop-off and pick-up areas for Rideshare Services have been designated outside of Lawlor Event Center on 15th Street. Drivers are reminded to follow the direction of traffic officers and parking staff when navigating game day traffic and for staging of vehicles in the designated rideshare zones.

PERMITTED ITEMS
The following items are permitted to enter Mackay Stadium on football game days following screening. Guests with these items may use any lane in the screening area. Coats, blankets, rain apparel, and seat cushions without metal can be carried through the gates upon inspection.

PRESS LEVEL ACCESS
Only credentialed personnel are permitted in the Press Box on the west side of the stadium. All media should contact the Nevada Athletics Communications office at least one (1) day prior to kick-off to reserve a credential.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
• For the safety and game day experience of all guests, the following items are prohibited from entering Mackay Stadium:

Backpacks, camera cases, luggage, tinted plastic bags, mesh bags, oversized purses, or any bag larger than permissible size.
All guests and personal items are subject to search prior to entry. University of Nevada reserves the right to deny anyone or anything from entering the stadium.
For the safety of all in attendance, bags/items are not permitted to be left unattended outside or inside of Mackay Stadium. Unattended items found outside the stadium will be disposed of or dealt with in a manner deemed appropriate by stadium officials. University of Nevada and Nevada Athletics are not responsible for loss of any unattended items.

RE-ENTRY POLICY
For the safety and security of all guests on football game days, stadium re-entry is not permitted at Mackay Stadium. Once a ticket is scanned for entry at the stadium gates, the holder will not be permitted to exit and re-enter the stadium.

In the event of severe weather or other scenarios that require evacuation of the stadium, guests will be permitted re-entry with a valid ticket stub when the stadium re-opens. All guests are subject to screening prior to re-entering the stadium.

RIDESHARE SERVICES
To improve the game day experience of guests and drivers alike, drop-off and pick-up areas for Rideshare Services have been designated outside of Mackay Stadium. SMOKING
University of Nevada is a Tobacco-Free Campus, including game days at Mackay Stadium. The policy prohibits the use of all tobacco-based products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, chewing tobacco, snuff, and electronic smoking devices (including e-cigarettes, vaping products, and IQOS).

STROLLERS
Strollers are permitted inside Mackay Stadium. Guests with strollers should use the Designated Medical/Family Lanes for Entry Screening. Strollers will be inspected prior to entry.

Please note that there is no stroller check inside the stadium. University of Nevada assumes no responsibility for loss of any items left in unattended strollers.

SUITES
Access to the suites on football game days is restricted to suite ticket holders and staff with appropriate credentials. Suites are open to premium seating guests ninety (90) minutes prior to kick-off. Entry to the suites is available via the walking bridges on the 5th floor of the West Stadium Parking Garage.

Suite load-in starts 3 hours prior to kickoff and lasts for one hour. All suites must be cleared by 2 hours prior to kickoff.

Upon entering the club level, guests must receive and present their suite wristband.

TICKET INFORMATION
Digital Ticketing Options are available for all Nevada Football game days!

• Game Day Ticket Sales & Assistance
Tickets to Nevada Athletics events can be purchased online at MyNevadaTickets.com or by calling (775) 348-PACK.

Tickets can also be purchased in person on the day of the event at Mackay Stadium at the main Ticket Office located between Gates 5 and 6, close to Jensen Plaza, on the north side of Mackay Stadium.

Ticket windows will open 3 hours prior to kick off and will close at the end of half time.

• Ticketing Problems
For questions or concerns related to your Nevada Athletics tickets, please call the Nevada Athletics Ticket Office at (775) 348-PACK or email wolfpackticketinfo@unr.edu. For assistance on game days, please visit the main Ticket Office, located between Gates 5 and 6, close to Jensen Plaza on the north side of Mackay Stadium.

• Will Call Information
General Public Will Call is located between Gates 5 and 6, close to Jensen Plaza, on the north side of Mackay Stadium. Will Call will open 3 hours prior to kickoff and will close at the end of halftime.

UMBRELLAS
Umbrellas are permitted inside Mackay Stadium. For courtesy and the safety all guests, we ask that umbrellas are not raised in seating areas.

WI-FI INFORMATION
Nevada provides complimentary wi-fi at Mackay Stadium on the “UNR-Guest” network.

All patrons are subject to search.  If any prohibited items are found, the guest will be asked to return the item to their vehicle.
