Charvez Foger (1985-88/ Football)


Foger was the only player in Big Sky Conference history to earn first team all-conference honors all four years (1985-88). He set career marks in touchdowns (60), conventional scoring (362 points) and rushing touchdowns (52). A four-year Sporting News All-American, he is the Big Sky’s all-time leading rusher. H was drafted in the fifth round by the Dallas Cowboys in 1988. At the time of his induction into the Nevada Hall of Fame, he was still second on the career rushing list with 4,484 yards. The Las Vegas native later worked for U.S. Senator Harry Reid in his Reno office.

Men's Basketball
Jordan Caroline

Jordan Caroline scored 45 points and led the Nevada back from 25-point deficit to defeat New Mexico 105-104 in overtime. Caroline’s 3-pointer with 2 seconds remaining was the winning bucket.  In the win over San Diego State on Wednesday he scored 19 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.  In the two games he averaged 32 points and 12 rebounds.
