Charvez Foger (1985-88/ Football)


Foger was the only player in Big Sky Conference history to earn first team all-conference honors all four years (1985-88). He set career marks in touchdowns (60), conventional scoring (362 points) and rushing touchdowns (52). A four-year Sporting News All-American, he is the Big Sky’s all-time leading rusher. H was drafted in the fifth round by the Dallas Cowboys in 1988. At the time of his induction into the Nevada Hall of Fame, he was still second on the career rushing list with 4,484 yards. The Las Vegas native later worked for U.S. Senator Harry Reid in his Reno office.

Mark Nowaczewski

Junior Mark Nowaczewski allowed one run and tied his career-high with six strikeouts in eight innings as the Wolf Pack defeated Fresno State 7-3 to clinch the Mountain West series.  Nowaczewski earned back-to-back MW Pitcher of the Week honors for his performance.
