Wolf Pack Ticket Office: Located on the main floor of Legacy Hall. 30 minute Legacy Hall parking is available in the designated spots on the 3rd floor of the West Stadium Parking Garage.

Lawlor Events Center Ticket Office: The Lawlor Events Center Ticket Office is located inside the south main entrance at the ground level. Meter parking is located outside the main entrance.
Office Hours: Monday through Friday from 10am-5pm, and Saturdays at 10am the day of an event.

Will Call

Football: Will Call for home football games opens 3 hours prior to kick and is located at the Wolf Pack Ticket Office, across from the main entrance of Mackay Stadium. Will Call tickets can also be picked up prior to game during normal business office hours. Photo ID is required to pick up will call.

No third party Will Call will be accepted.

Player guest and recruit Will Call is located at the southeast corner of Mackay Stadium and opens 2 hours prior to kick. Please be advised that once you receive your complimentary ticket you MUST enter the stadium.

Basketball: Will Call and player guest/recruit tickets is located at the main entrance of Lawlor Events Center. Will Call opens one hour prior to tip. Photo ID is required to pick up will call. Please be advised that once you receive your complimentary ticket you MUST enter Lawlor Events Center.

No third party Will Call will be accepted.

Transfer Your Tickets

Transfer unused tickets to family, friends and clients! Eliminate the need to meet face-to-face or stand in Will Call lines by using our new online ticket transfer system. Simply access your account online and transfer your tickets digitally to another party. The recipient then gets an email notification of the transfer and is emailed the tickets automatically, allowing them to print them from home! Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets

We ask that you please keep your game day tickets secured. Tickets will be replaced at the discretion of the Wolf Pack Ticket Office. Please call 348-7225 (option 2) for more information. Only the person whose name is on the ticket account may request a reprint. If you need assistance with replacement of tickets on gameday visit the Wolf Pack Ticket Office beginning 3 hours prior to the game.

Address Changes

It is the responsibility of the primary ticket holder to inform the Wolf Pack Ticket Office of any address changes. In order to change your address, we will need a signed letter stating the change of address. You may fax, mail, e-mail (ahyde@unr.edu) or drop off a copy of the letter to the Wolf Pack Ticket Office. Please be aware that address changes will affect the mailing of tickets and renewal forms.

Accessible Seating Policy

The Wolf Pack Ticket Office offers ADA seating to be purchased both as season tickets and on a single game basis.
All ADA seats that are not sold as a season ticket will be open to the general ADA public to purchase as a single game ticket.
Patrons are allowed one wheelchair/disabled seat and up to three companion seats in an ADA location per game. All tickets must be purchased.
ADA seats may be purchased in advance of game day at the Wolf Pack Ticket Office or over the phone.
ADA seats will also be available for purchase on game day at the ticket booths located on the North West and East sides of Mackay Stadium.
ADA seating is extremely limited in Mackay Stadium and Lawlor Events Center. Please purchase your tickets early for events you are wishing to attend.

Children Admission Policy

Children ages 2 and under do not need a ticket for admission with the understanding they will be held throughout the entire event. Children 3 years or older are required to have a ticket to enter.

Refunds or Exchanges

There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on tickets ordered through the Wolf Pack Ticket Office unless we are unable to fill your order. Refunds will not be issued due to a time or date change.
