2009 Nevada Cross Country Home Meet Information

Friday, September 4, 2009 - 5:30 p.m. - Shadow Mountain - Sparks, Nev.

3rd Annual Nevada/Jim Vanden Heuvel Twilight XC Classic
(click on the link above for more)

Updated information as of 8/21/09: The course is now mainly dirt trails. Hence, flats are recommended, though spikes may be used if one wishes.

- It should be an exciting evening with a high school field size that again appears to be in the 25 team range. High school JV field sizes are unlimited so bring all of your troops if you wish. The top 25 in the JV races will also be awarded Dri-Fit T-Shirts from Nike.

- You may bring checks to the meet if you wish.

- JV high school entries are unlimited.

- Everyone is encouraged to make your entries on www.directathletics.com as soon as possible. This really helps us accurately plan for the number of athletes to expect. You are not charged by the number of entries.

- You do not need to designate who will be Varsity or JV until race time. In fact, go ahead and list all members of your team who might possibly travel.
