Cross Country: Finished first at the Nature's Bakery Nevada Twilight running the fastest 4K time in school history of 14:27.0 ... Competed at the Pre-National Invitational running 21:52.8 ... finished 24th at the NCAA Division I Mountain Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 21.14.6 ... Received 2013 Fall Academic All-Mountain West honors ... Named a Division I All-Region Honoree by the U.S. Track and field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Indoor: Won a gold medal as part of the distance medley team at the MW Indoor Track and Field Championships ... Finished in fourth place in the mile at the MW Championships with a time of 5:06.85. Outdoor: Competed in the 2,000-meter steeplechase at the 2014 Aggie Open finishing in first place with a time of 7:02.86 ... Finished in fifth place at the MW Outdoor Track and Field Championships competing in the 10,000-meter dash and running the fifth fastest time in school history (36:20.81).
