Nevada's singles line up when it travels to the Mountain West Championships.

RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada women's tennis team has earned the No. 7 seed for the Mountain West Championships, which begins on Wednesday.
The Wolf Pack finished the season at 11-9, while posting a 2-3 mark in the Mountain West. Nevada topped UNLV on April 6, but dropped its next two conference matches en route to the No. 7 seed. Nevada will open the tournament by facing No. 10 Utah State, whom they did not face in the regular season.
Michelle Okhremchuk leads Nevada into the match at 13-7 through dual action, while Sheila Morales Hidalgo is 12-8 in the spring. Juliette Legendre holds an 8-5 dual action mark. IN doubles, the team of Okhremchuk and Morales notched a 13-2 record, while Sheila Smiley and Legendre are 11-6.
Utah State finished the regular season at 13-9, but only 1-5 in conference play. The Aggies dropped their final contest of the season to Wyoming, 5-2 on April 13. McKenzie Davis will lead the Aggies, as she notched a 17-3 dual action record. Nini Guensler finished the season at 14-5.
The winner of the match with Utah State will go on to face New Mexico in the quarterfinals. The match with the Aggies will begin at 2 pm on Wednesday, April 23.
