Feb. 11, 2014
RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada women's tennis team is ready to play its rescheduled match with UC Davis on Wednesday when it travels to face the Aggies.
The Wolf Pack (3-1, 1-0 MW) is ready to put its three-match winning streak on the line when in Davis, Calif. The last time out, Nevada dropped Cal State Fullerton on the road 5-2. The winning streak started when the Pack was able to take down No. 65 San Jose State for the first win of the season. Head coach Guillaume Tonelli knows the ladies are ready for the match.
"The girls have really been working hard all season long, and it's been paying off," he said. "I'm just proud to see them give all they have on the court."
After the match at UC Davis, Nevada travels to Arizona on Feb. 21-22 before it returns home for its first matches at Caughlin Athletic Club this season on March 1.
