Nevada’s first-round match with Hawai’i at the WAC Championships in Las Cruces, N.M. has been suspended due to sustained winds as high as 26 mph and gusts in the range of 40 mph. The contest is currently tied 3-3, with the final singles match tied 5-5 in the third set.
The match will be completed Friday morning, with an approximate start time of 11 a.m. A complete recap will follow.
The winner will meet Idaho in the second round, as the Vandals dispatched Utah State earlier on Thursday.
