At Nevada: 2012-12: (Senior) Verberne sits second in the Nevada record books in all-time wins with 73 career singles victories. She was 19-7 on the year with a 6-3 record in conference. She had a 12-match winning streak during last seson. In doubles play, she was 28-6, with a 15-4 dual record and 7-2 in conference play with partner Michelle Okhremchuk. She earned the Mountain West Player of the Week twice, and was named to the All-Mountain West singles and doubles team. 2011-12: (Junior) Continued her climb through the Nevada record books with 19 singles wins and her third-straight second-team all-WAC singles honor ... Moved into a tie for third all-time with Caroline Bailly (2005-08) at 56 career singles victories ... Also garnered second-team all-WAC doubles honors alongside Michelle Okhremchuk ... The pair won its last seven matches and was 3-1 in WAC play. 2010-11: (Sophomore) Second in matches played behind freshman standout Michelle Okhremchuk ... along with Okhremchuk, one of two Pack players to win 18 or more singles matches ... 18-11 singles record to go along with a 14-10 doubles record ... Won her last eight singles matches, including four regular-season WAC matches and two in the WAC Tournament. 2009-10: (Freshman) Won WAC Freshman of the year award after posting a 19-10 singles record and an 18-9 doubles record...played most of her singles matches at the No. 2 position...also saw action at No. 3 singles...won four singles matches in a row...played doubles matches with No. 1 singles player Maria Mizyuk as well as fellow double digit games winner Lais Ogata.

Prior to Nevada: Attended Thorbecke Lyceum in Rotterdamn, the Netherlands...graduated in 2009.

Personal: Born April 4, 1990 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands...daughter of Ferdinand Verberne and Xandra de Vroom...has one older sister, Eva Verberne...chose Nevada over New Mexico State...enjoys snowboarding, reading and hanging out with friends...sports hero is Roger Federer...plans to major in civil engineering.
