2010-11 (Freshman): Swam freestyle for the Pack ... Anchored Nevada's medley relay team at five meets, helping the relay team to three third-place finishes (Nebraska, Idaho, Cal State University East Bay/UC Davis) ... Also a member of the Wolf Pack's freestyle relay team ... Competed individually in the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle events ... Posted personal-bests in the 50-yard (25.19) and 100-yard (54.33) freestyle against Nebraska, finishing third and fifth in the events, respectively.

High School: Graduated from Reno High School with honors in 2010 ... Swam for coaches Pete Schouweiler and Jonathan Reynolds ... Six-time High Desert Regional Champion ... Competed at Nevada State Swimming and Diving Championships each of her four years at Reno ... Swam personal bests of 52 seconds in the 100-yard freestyle, 57 seconds in the 100-yard butterfly and 1.52 minutes in the 200-yard freestyle ... Competed with Lakeridge Swim Team for coaches Alan and Sharon Weiss for ten years, winning seven state club titles ... Swam for coach Erik Scalise at Northern Nevada Aquatics in summer 2010, attending her first sectional meet.

Getting Acquainted: Full name is Ingrid Divana Cardenas ... Daughter of Eduardo Cardenas and Rossy Tibaduiza-Cardenas ... Uncle Domingo Tibaduiza lettered in Track & Field and Cross Country at Nevada in 1971-1974 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1985 ... Enjoys painting, drawing and singing in her spare time ... Chose Nevada because her parents and uncle attended the university.
