It makes for some very fun times.
Being from a different country, what are your impressions of
They eat so much food here. The food portions are huge.
What is something that very few people know about you?
I want to go on the TV show “Survivor.”
You are from a very small town. Are they proud of you for what you’ve accomplished so far?
I believe so.
What has been the biggest challenge in your college experience so far?
Getting use to the food and also being away from home for a long time.
Do you think you can learn as much from losing a big match as you can winning one?
Of course. That is how you improve as a player and a person. It’s about how you react to a loss and turn it into a positive.
What is something not a lot of people know about you?
I love walking everywhere, especially along the beaches at home. They are beautiful. I also love drinking water; I have a bottle with me all the time.
Do you have a pet peeve or something you can’t stand?
People who say “I can’t”. There is no such thing.
Is there a food you hate?
Anything deep fried.
Who are some pro athletes you look up to?
David Beckham, John Terry& Lance Armstrong.
Do you enjoy having to be committed to a team and go out there everyday for practice?
That’s why I play soccer. I wish we could train more sometimes.
If you could go back in time, would you choose a different sport?
What is your pre-game favorite routine?
Clean my soccer boots and sit quietly in the corner away from all distractions.
How would your teammates best describe you as?
Fun, easy going personality, loves to read about geography ha ha and loves learning new soccer tricks.
What is your best place on campus?
On the soccer field. I love it there.
Where do you see yourself today if you were not playing soccer?
Watching it or coaching it.
Who is the person that has most influenced your athletic career?
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Never say never.
If you won $1 million, what would you do?
Fly my family out to watch me play and send the rest of the money home back to my club team to buy new equipment.
If you were left alone on a desert island, what would be the three things you would take with you?
A soccer ball, unlimited supply of water& a hammock.
If you had enough power or authority to shut down a fast food restaurant, which one would you choose?
I dislike all of them. If I had enough money I would shut them all down.
