Soccer to Host Free Clinic After WAC Opener on October 4

RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada soccer coaching staff and team will hold a free clinic for children 8th grade and under after Nevada's match against Utah State on October 4.

The clinic will take place at Mackay Stadium and will last approximately one hour.  Participants are asked to wear appropriate shoes for athletic activity and all other necessary equipment will be provided by Nevada.  During the free clinic, the Nevada coaching staff and team will conduct sessions covering all aspects of the game.

Nevada's game versus Utah State will also be "Pack the Stands Day" where the Pack will try and break the attendance record of 795 set against Washington State in 2005.

Fans who bring their ticket stub from the Nevada/UNLV football game on Oct. 3 as well as participants who bring their race number from the Susan G. Koman 5K Breast Cancer Race on Oct. 4, will get into the soccer match for free.
