FRESNO, Calif. - The Nevada women's golf team finished seventh in the Fresno Lexus Classic, hosted by Fresno State.
 
Freshman Caryn Khoo recorded her fifth Top-20 finish after shooting a three-over 75 in the final round. Khoo finished tied for 18th with a 10-over 226 for the tournamnet. Sophomore Nikki Prichard shot a six-over 78 in the final round and finished tied for 29th with a 13-over 229. Freshman Carly Simpson also finshed tied for 29th after shooting a four-over 76 in the final round.
 
Senior Louise Yi finished tied for 38th with a 15-over 231. Sophomore Bethany Wurster finished tied for 45th with a 17-over 233.
 
Nevada as a team shot a 19-over 307 in the final round and finished in seventh place with a 49-over 913.
 
Sophomore Tess Jones was competing individually and finished tied for 76th. Her score did not count toward the team score.
 
Long Beach State won the tournamnet with a 28-over 892. Long Beach State's Simone Hoey won the individual tournament with a five-under 211.
 
This was the Wolf Pack's last regular season tournament, they will compete in the Mountain West Championship on April 25.
