Late Nevada Rally Falls Short
The University of Nevada women's basketball team saw its late rally fall short, dropping a 59-50 contest to Colorado State Wednesday evening at Moby Arena.

The University of Nevada women's basketball team (7-21, 2-13 MW) will close out the regular season at Lawlor Events Center Saturday afternoon against Colorado State (10-18, 6-9 MW). Tip-off is scheduled for 4 p.m.
The Rams lead the overall series 4-1. Colorado State defeated Nevada 59-50 in the last meeting on Feb. 6 in Ft. Collins. Danika Sharp led Nevada in the loss as the team's lone scorer in double-digits with 15 points. Mimi Mungedi finished with seven points and eight rebounds. Junior forward Sam Martin leads the Rams with 12.9 ppg., and 6.8 rpg.
