Wolf Pack roars back to beat MW-leading Fresno State
Danika Sharp led Nevada with 15 points as the Nevada women's basketball team allied from seven down to beat Mountain West-leading Fresno State, 63-60, at Lawlor Events Center on Wednesday night.

SERIES: Fresno State is 31-12 against Nevada and 18-2 at home vs. the Wolf Pack but Nevada won the last meeting in Fresno, 60-54 last season.

LAST MEETING: Nevada won its second straight against Fresno State, 63-60 in Reno on Jan. 22.


Coming off a big 19-point win at home over San Diego State to put its when streak at three in a row, the Nevada women’s basketball team hits the road on Wednesday with a showdown at Fresno State ... Nevada captured a win in the first meeting between the teams this year, 63-60 at Lawlor Events Center on Jan. 22 ... Nevada has won five of its last six games -- a streak that started with the win over Fresno State -- which marks the first time that’s happened since the 2010-11 season ...
