U.C. Davis Too Much For Shorthanded Pack

April 15, 2006

RENO, Nev. - U.C. Davis got more than they bargained for today when they took on the Nevada men at Reno High School, but being a player short proved to be too much again as the Wolf Pack falls 4-3. It was the Pack's final home game before they attend the WAC Championships next week.

"First, I want to thank all of the people who have supported us this year at our home matches," Head Coach Chad Stoloff said after the match. "It has been great to have their support."

Today was the final home game for the Pack, as they head into the WAC Championships next week in Boise, Idaho.

"We created multiple opportunities today," Stoloff said, "but it didn't go our way. I am looking forward to building on this match going into our conference tournament next week."

Nevada will be playing at full force in the tournament as Tibor Penzes will be returning to the team.
