TULSA, Okla. - The University of Nevada men's tennis team was defeated in its bonus match at the ITA All-American Tournament qualifying matches on Tuesday.

After the loss yesterday to a tough Auburn's top 5 doubles player, Victor Ouvrard was not able to pull out the win today. He battled against a tough opponent from Ohio State, but Chris Davis of the Buckeyes was victorious 6-1, 6-1.

"I think yesterday's tough loss was a factor today in Victor's match," head coach Erik Burton said. "That's a tough final round."

Men's tennis is back in action on Friday, Oct. 4 at UC Davis, starting at 9 a.m. with doubles action.
