The Wolf Pack (3-2) fell to the Vandals (2-0) for its second loss of the season, both by a score of 5-2. The Pack came away with two wins on the day, both in singles action. Freshman Robert Allan secured yet another victory to remain unbeaten in his collegiate singles career as he moved past Cristobal Ramos Salazar in straight sets 6-4, 7-6 (5).
"Idaho came out strong in doubles and won all three matches to take the doubles point," head coach Erik Burton said. "We battled in singles but just couldn't get past a strong Idaho side. We will be looking to come out strong tomorrow in the final match."
That match will take place against host Oregon University starting at 12:30 P.M.
