Nevada Men's Golf Heads to the Bay Area to Play in the Stanford U.S. Intercollegiate

STANFORD, Calif. - The Nevada men's golf team is in Stanford, Calif. to play in the Stanford U.S. Intercollegiate beginning on Thursday.
Nevada will be one of 17 teams that will compete in the 54-hole tournament, hosted by Stanford at the Stanford Golf Course.
Nevada will be led by Juniors Ryan Mulvany and Brain Knoll, making up the only upperclassmen on the team. Sophomores Taylor Knoll and Andrew Cornella, and freshman Kit Carson will make up the rest of the team.
The field of teams includes three top-25 teams, No. 7 USC, No. 8 TCU, N0. 10 Stanford, Oregon, Colorado, Saint Mary's, Northwestern, Iowa, San Francisco, UC Davis, Lamar, San Jose State, Pepperdine, Minnesota, Hawai`i-Hillo, and fellow MWC member San Diego State.
The tournament begins with a 18-hole round on Thursday.
