Mike Paul is in his second season as an assistant coach with the Nevada men's golf program.

Paul is a PGA Professional who also serves as the director of instruction at Washoe Golf Course in Reno. Prior to that, he served as the head golf professional at Santa Clara (Calif.) Country Club for 11 years.

In his playing career, Paul has competed in three U.S Senior Open events, six senior national club pro championships, seven national club pro championships and six Nationwide Tour events.

Paul is a 1980 graduate of Oregon State, where he was a four-year letterwinner in baseball for the Beavers. He also served on the baseball coaching staff for one season in 1981.
