Parking Info and Potential Ticket Availability For Nevada-Boise State

RENO, Nev. – Fans coming to the Nevada-Boise State game on Friday at Mackay Stadium are encouraged to arrive at the stadium early with a sellout crowd on hand for the highly anticipated matchup.

All tickets available to the public for the game sold out on Sept. 29. On Nov. 11, 300 standing-room-only tickets were put on sale and sold out in a matter of hours. However, with the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, there may be some unused student tickets available for purchase on gameday.

The initial allotment of student tickets were distributed on Monday at the Joe Crowley Student Union and the residence halls. Students must show valid student ID with student ticket at the gates on Friday in order to gain entrance to Mackay Stadium. Those who are not Nevada students are advised to not purchase or otherwise attempt to use student tickets as a valid student ID is needed at Mackay Stadium on gameday.

At 4 p.m. on Friday, the remaining student tickets will be distributed to those with a valid student ID. An additional amount of tickets are available for student purchase ($5) if and when the free tickets are all distributed. If any student tickets remain available, they will be put on sale to the general public at 6 p.m. at the northeast stadium ticket booth. The student tickets will be available for $40 each with a portion of the proceeds given directly to the ASUN (Associated Students of the University of Nevada).

For those with tickets at Will Call, the Link Piazzo Ticket Office at Legacy Hall will open at 3 p.m. on Friday.

As a reminder, ticket scalping/resale is not allowed on campus, per Nevada System of Higher Education policy. That policy will be enforced on Friday. Every ticket includes the following message on the back of the ticket: “This ticket may not be offered for resale on the University of Nevada premises. If resold or offered for resale, it may be seized and cancelled without any compensation.”
