Nevada 1998: A bruising, workhorse runner, he had his most productive ground-gaining season with 1,154 yards, moving him into third on Nevada’s all-time rushing list, and scored 13 TD’s, good for third on the all-time TD list. Was injured early, only carrying the ball 13 times each in the first two games of the season. Passed the 3,000-yard career mark in the final game. Second team all-Big West for the second consecutive year. Has 349 yards receiving in three years for 3,425 all purpose yards. Nevada 1997: Shattered the Nevada school record for touchdowns and touchdowns rushing with 19 ground scores. Rushed for 1055 yards, 88 percent of Nevada’s team total. Rushed for 100+ yards six times in 11 games. Scored four TD’s in Nevada’s win over New Mexico State with a 174-yard rushing effort. Scored multiple touchdowns in a game six times in 1997. Named Nevada’s offensive MVP in a vote by the team. Nevada 1996: Led the Big West Conference in all-purpose yards with 1,604 in ’96. Starting in only three games, Lemon still managed to lead the team in both carries (163) and yards (867). Broke loose for a 40-yard run against NMSU. High School: Earned six letters in football and baseball at Kent-Meridian High School in Kent, WA. |
