Nevada Opens 2012 Campaign At Cal

Wolf Pack's season opener is Saturday at newly renovated Memorial Stadium in Berkeley.


2014: After moving back and forth between linebacking corps and the secondary during his career, appears to have found a home at outside linebacker as he enters his junior season and will start at one of the outside backer spots for the Wolf Pack.

2013: Switched back to safety and started all 12 games at one of the safety spots ... Was sixth on the team in tackles with 55 on the year ... Had two tackles for loss and four pass breakups ... Recorded his first career interception in the Wolf Pack's win over UC Davis ... Set a career high with seven tackles against Hawaii ... Recorded at least one tackle in every game.

2012: Played in all 13 games with one start ... Recorded 17 tackles on the year ... Converted from linebacker to safety and made his first career start in the season-opening win at Cal ... Forced a fumble against Cal the preserved the victory.

2011: Joined Nevada as a true freshman and redshirted his first year.
