Sophomore (2016):
Will look for an increased role on the defensive line as a sophomore in 2016 after playing in 12 games last season.

Redshirt Freshman (2015): Saw action in 12 games on the season … Posted three tackles and 0.5 tackles for loss … Made his collegiate debut with one tackle in Nevada’s season-opening win at UC Davis … Also posted one tackle against Texas A&M and UNLV … Earned Academic All-Mountain West honors … Letter winner.

Freshman (2014): Did not see action after taking a redshirt season.

High School
From Kamehameha School in Honolulu ... Was a three-year starter who earned All-Hawaii Team and All-ILH as a defensive tackle ... Was selected to play in the state's all-star game ... Also was an ILH wrestling champion ... Was on the honor roll all four years ... Participated in the National History Day state competition.

Born Kaleipuakea Meyer on Aug. 6, 1996 ... Son of Kimberly Corpuz and Francis Meyer III ... Earning a major in electrical engineering ... Is a fourth-generation football all-star from Hawaii as his great grandfather was a running back at Hawaii, his grandfather was a running back at Boise State and his father was a three-sport high school star ... Was also recruited by Cal, Stanford, Yale, Oregon State, San Diego State and Columbia, among others.
