Baseball to play three fall scrimmages

RENO, Nev. –  The University of Nevada baseball team under the direction of first-year head coach Jay Johnson will play three fall scrimmages in October.  The Wolf Pack will play on the road at Pacific and San Francisco before hosting St. Mary’s College.

The first of the three scrimmages is Sunday at Pacific with first pitch scheduled for noon.  The Pack is at San Francisco on Oct. 19 at noon.

The first chance to see the Wolf Pack at home is Oct. 27 when St. Mary’s College comes to Peccole Park for a scrimmage set for noon.   The home scrimmage with SMC is free and open to the public.

The Pack’s final fall intrasquad series will be Nov. 1-3 with times yet to be determined.  All home practices and scrimmages area be held at Peccole Park and are free and open to the public.
