Fall baseball practice begins Friday

Nevada will scrimmage at Peccole Park on Saturday and Sunday.

Fall schedule

RENO, Nev. – First-year University of Nevada head baseball coach Jay Johnson will conduct his first practice on Friday at Peccole Park.   The Wolf Pack will practice at 5 p.m. and all practices are free and open to the public.  Fall practice concludes on Nov. 3.

Saturday the team will practice at 10 a.m. with a six-inning intrasquad scrimmage set for noon.  On Sunday practice gets underway at noon with a six-inning scrimmage set for 2 p.m.

The three-game Wolf Pack Fall World Series will be held Nov. 1-3.  Check NevadaWolfPack.com for times for the world series and scrimmages throughout the fall.
