RENO, Nev. -  Three days of special promotions are planned for the final weekend of baseball at Peccole Park when Mountain West co-leader New Mexico comes to Reno for a three-game series.  Friday and Saturday's games start at 6 p.m. with Sunday's game being a 1 p.m. first pitch.

Friday the University of Nevada athletics department will honor former longtime Wolf Pack head coach Gary Powers with  the retiring of his number 17 jersey.  A special promotion for the game is 17 tickets for just $17.  To purchase tickets go to NevadaWolfPack.com and click on the buy tickets tab at the top of the page.  Use promo code POWERS17 to get your tickets.  Tickets must be purchased by 4 p.m. on Thursday.

The first 300 fans attending Friday's game will receive a commemorative Gary Powers trading card in honor of the retiring of number 17.  Get to Peccole Park early for a meet and greet to congratulate coach Powers starting at 5 p.m.  Cookies and lemonade will be provided.
