GLENDALE COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Pitched two seasons for Dave Grant at Glendale Community College in Glendale, Ariz....earned All-Arizona Community College Athletic Conference and all-region second team honors as a sophomore.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner for coach Kevin Schmidt at Mountain Ridge High School in Glendale, Ariz....pitched just 13 innings as a prep athlete playing shortstop and third base...team?s defensive player of the year...high school all-star and all-region selection.
