Nevada Travels to Jacksonville State University for Saturday Match
RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada rifle team returns to action this Saturday as the Wolf Pack hits the road to take on Jacksonville State University.
The Wolf Pack, coming off a 4660-4564 victory over UTEP on Oct. 11, is making its second trip to Jacksonville, Ala., in two seasons
“The match at Jacksonville State University is an opportunity to show what we can do on the road,” Nevada head coach Fred Harvey said.
Last season against the Gamecocks, the Wolf Pack lost 4627-4612. Sophomore Jessica Klatt led in the small bore with a shot of 582 while senior Andrew Hickey took third place with a 578.
Former Wolf Pack Meghann Morrill shot an individual season record in the air rifle with a shot of 593. Morrill took first place in air rifle.
