RENO, Nev. - The University of Nevada rifle team (2-0) will compete against Jacksonville State (1-2) Saturday at 9 a.m. in Jacksonville, Ala.
The Pack and the Gamecocks competed against each other two weeks ago, with Nevada coming out on top by 10 points. In that contest Nevada shot a combined 4,602 with a team small bore score of 2,267 and a team air rifle score of 2,335.
Nevada moved to 2-0 in their last match, when they defeated The University of Texas, El Paso by another slim margin. In that contest The Pack edged out a 24 point win at home against the Miners.
