Basic Swimming for Adults: Introductory Fitness/Competition

Whether you're preparing for your first triathlon or just interested in a new form of fitness, this clinic is designed to help novice swimmers learn basic swimming techniques. Focus will be on efficient freestyle and tools to complete 500 yards. Depending on individuals' goals, instruction in other strokes may be included.
Intermediate/Advanced Swimming for Adults: Experienced Fitness/Competition

This clinic is for intermediate or advanced athletes who want to take their swimming to the next level. The clinic will focus on efficient freestyle but include instruction on flipturns and other strokes to maximize participants' swimming abilities.
