Wolf Pack Football Camps
Team Contact CampThe focus of the University of Nevada Team Contact Football Camp is to provide teams with the opportunity to further develop their offensive and defensive schemes against live competition. The four-day camp features the Nevada football coaching staff teaching the drills and position-specific fundamentals used by the Wolf Pack team. Campers will be housed on campus in University dormitories; a day-camp option is also available. Individual campers and JV teams are also welcome and highly encouraged to attend either session! Daily camp activities will include: Session #2 - June 13-16, 2013, Thursday-Sunday Overnight Camper Fees: Day/Commuter Camper Fees: Rising Star CampCAMP DATE: June 16th, 2013 / 1-4 p.m. (Check-in begins at noon.) WHERE: University of Nevada Campus CAMP PARTICIPANTS: Rising Jr's & Sr's PRICE: $30 Players entering grades 11-12 are invited to this non-contact teaching and skills camp. Under the instruction of full-time Nevada football staff, campers will be taught the rules, skills, and techniques to enhance their abilities and enjoyment of the game with offensive, defensive and positional skill instruction and 1-on-1 competitions. DRESS: Participants should arrive dressed in workout attire; football cleats are appropriate for the playing surface. A t-shirt is included in the camp fee. REGISTER FOR RISING STAR CAMP... Junior Pack CampCamp Date: June 7, 2013 / 9 a.m.-3 p.m. (Check-in begins at 8 a.m.) This Nevada Wolf Pack Football camp is designed to teach basic football fundamentals and techniques. This is a non-contact camp for young athletes entering grades 1-7 and offers instruction in offensive and defensive fundamentals, punt/pass/kick competition and positional drill work. Drills and skills are taught to allow each camper to experience the various phases of the game. Campers will be grouped by age, size and ability. The safety of each camper is our primary concern.
