About the Pack Educational Fund

The Pack Educational Fund (PEF) is the overarching organization which provides the financial resources necessary for our 400+ student-athletes to succeed at the highest levels of competition. The PEF is a membership club composed of over 2,500 generous businesses, individuals, and foundations that invest in the financial stability of Nevada Athletics.

Wolf Pack Athletics is nearly 80% self-supported and each year it takes several million dollars to provide our student-athletes educational and athletic experience. Through the generous support of our Wolf Pack community, we are able to equip our student-athletes with the tools to succeed on the field, in the classroom, and in their future careers.

Ways to join the PEF

The PEF is an annual membership club in which donors provide unrestricted gifts to provide immediate operational assistance to all of our sports, funding resources such as tutors, nutrition, and travel expenses. As such, we encourage all supporters of the Athletics department to become PEF members.

Donors can also make a contribution directly to one of our 16 sports. Each of our coaches depend on these gifts to support their annual operating expenses, such as uniforms and equipment. Each of our 16 sports has a booster club such as the Blitz Club for Football and the Starting 5 for Men’s Basketball. Members of these clubs receive exclusive membership benefits. Please call 775-682-6901 for more information about joining a sport-specific booster club.

Members of the PEF receive membership benefits based on their giving level. Please click here Get Acrobat Reader for the benefits chart.
