Nevada
Speedy player who is battling for time in the outfield...ability to play all three outfield positions but playing time should come primarily in left or right field...in his third season in the Nevada baseball program after using 2007 as a redshirt year...provides the team with an experienced outfielder.
2008(Jr.-Rs.):  Saw action in 15 games off the bench primarily as a defensive replacement in the outfield...both hits on the season came at home versus Pacific(3/18) and UNLV(4/1)...first hit was a pinch hit single versus Pacific and second hit was a triple against the Rebels and he eventually scored...was a Nevada scholar athlete the last two years...earned first baseball letter.
2007(Jr.-Rs.):  Practiced with the team but did not play using the year as a redshirt season.

Western Nevada Community College
Played for coach D.J. Whittemore his sophomore year at Western Nevada Community College...helped lead the Wildcats to the Scenic West Conference Championship...batted .268 with five doubles, a home run, 11 RBI and 19 stolen bases...led the team with 19 stolen bases and was successful on 19-of-23 attempts...played in the Scenic West All-Star series and went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three stolen bases.

Lassen Community College
Played his freshman season for Glen Yonan at Lassen Community College in Susanville, Calif.

High School
Three-year baseball letterwinner and lettered one year in basketball at Carson High School in Carson City, Nev...played his prep baseball for coach Ron McNutt...first-team All-Sierra League baseball selection as a senior after earning second-team honors his junior year...batted .424 with 33 runs scored, 21 stolen bases and hit two home runs in 15 games before breaking his ankle his senior year...baseball team captain his senior season...started on Sierra League championship basketball squad...won the 100 meter dash in the Silver State games in 10.6 and qualified for the National Junior Olympic finals.

General studies major with a marketing/music focus...born March 18, 1986...son of Carl and Leonora Henry...lead guitarist for a popular local heavy metal band...choose Nevada over Southern Utah, Santa Barbara and Arizona State...father pitched for the Wolf Pack from 1976-1978 and brother Ryan pitched at the Oregon Institute of Technology...sports hero is his father.
