DAVIS, Calif. – The University of Nevada soccer team scored a season-high four goals, including freshman Vanessa Mann’s first career goal, as the Pack posted a 4-1 victory over UC Davis Friday afternoon at Aggie Field.

Drummond scored the Pack’s final goal of the game in the 81st minute off an assist from Karen Zmirak. Miranda Montejo started the Pack’s scoring play in the midfield, playing Zmirak wide on the right. Zmirak beat her defender and found Drummond making a run up the middle. Drummond was able to chip the keeper as she came off her line and bury her shot into the upper right corner, giving Nevada a 4-1 lead.
“Today we came out strong and played very well,” interim head coach Antoinette Marjanovic said. “We scored our first goal quickly and we were able to maintain our momentum throughout the entire game.”
