Talented, explosive and competitive player who has worked hard to become a more complete player...combo guard who knows how to score...decided to enter the 2010 NBA Draft and forego his senior year at Nevada...local player who earned All-WAC honors in his last two seasons and was the 2008 WAC Freshman of the Year...started 99 of 101 career games at Nevada...led the team in assists in each of his three years and finished his career ranked fourth in career assists at Nevada with 445...became just the sixth player in school history to turn in at least 1,000 points and 250 career assists...ranks ninth in career scoring at Nevada with 1,441 points and eighth in both field goals made (546) and attempted (1,168).

2009-10 (Junior):
Earned second-team All-WAC honors...was also a second-team All-WAC pick by the Sporting News...named an all-district selection by the National Association of Basketball Coaches for the second consecutive year...won the team's Most Inspirational Award and shared the prestigious Rock Award with Luke Babbitt...started all 34 games...led the WAC and ranked 22nd in the nation with 5.56 assists per game this year...also paced the WAC with 6.25 assists per league game...his 189 assists ranked fifth on the Nevada single-season charts...dished out a career-best 12 assists twice (Nov. 21 vs. Houston and Jan. 30 vs. Hawaii)...turned in a pair of double-doubles this season with 22 points and 12 assists Nov. 21 vs. Houston and 13 points and 10 assists March 12 vs. New Mexico State...second on the team and eighth in the WAC in scoring with 15.7 points per game...checked in at 15th in the WAC in field goal percentage at 49.5 percent...led the team in scoring six times this season, including a season-high 30 points Nov. 22 vs. BYU...scored at least 20 points in six games this year...pulled down a career-best eight rebounds March 22 at Rhode Island...was named the WAC Player of the Week for Feb. 8-14 after turning in 23 points, including Nevada's last six points and a game-winning layup and free throw with 2.9 seconds left, at Idaho and 24 points and seven assists in a win over Boise State...ranked sixth in the WAC in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.66).

2008-09 (Sophomore): Earned first-team All-WAC honors...was named first-team all-district by the National Association of Basketball Coaches...shared the team's Most Valuable Player award with Luke Babbitt and won the program's prestigious Rock award...also named to the WAC All-Tournament team...started 33 of 34 games at point guard...finished second on the team and seventh in the WAC in scoring at 15.5 points per game...led the squad in assists for the second consecutive season and was fifth in the league with 4.3 assists per contest...paced the team in scoring 12 times on the year...turned in 10 20-point games, including a pair of 20-point efforts in the WAC Tournament (24 March 13 vs. La Tech and 20 March 14 vs. Utah State)...named the WAC Player of the Week for Dec. 15-21 after scoring a career-best 33 points Dec. 20 at California...had 25 of Nevada's 47 points and hit the game-winning shot Feb. 14 at Hawai'i...finished fifth in the WAC in assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.73...also ranked fifth in the league in free throw percentage (.789)...dished out a season-high 11 assists in a Nov. 22 win over Oregon State...also had 11 points vs. the Beavers for his first career double-double and Nevada's first points-assists double-double since 2005...had seven assists and no turnovers Dec. 17 vs. Arkansas-Pine Bluff and turned in 14 games with one or fewer turnovers.

2007-08 (Freshman): Started 32 of 33 games at point guard as a true freshman...was named the WAC Freshman of the Year, the first Wolf Pack player to win the honor since Ramon Sessions in 2005...also appeared on the WAC's All-Newcomer team...named to Collegehoops.net's High-Major All-Freshman team...won the team's Most Inspirational Player award...finished fourth on the team with 11.5 points and 4.0 rebounds per game...was second on the team in minutes played with 31.2 per game...led the Pack and ranked seventh in the WAC with 3.36 assists per game...ranked sixth in the league in assist-to-turnover ratio at 1.42, dishing out 111 assists to just 78 turnovers...also ranked ninth in the WAC in free throw shooting at 77.6 percent (83-107) and made 48.2 percent of his field goal attempts (34.6 percent from three-point land, 28-81)...scored a season-best 23 points twice, doing it Dec. 27 at top-ranked North Carolina and again Jan. 17 vs. Idaho...led the team in scoring in four games...scored in double figures in 21 games, including four 20-point efforts...dished out at least five assists in eight tilts, including a season-best seven assists Feb. 9 vs. Hawaii.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2007 graduate of Hug High School in Reno...was named the Northern 4A Regional Co-Player of the Year in each of his last two years...finished his career tied for the all-time scoring lead in the state of Nevada with 2,616 career points (broken the following year by Wolf Pack teammate Luke Babbitt)...hit a game-winning shot to set that record...two-time first-team all-state selection...averaged 33.6 points, 9.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists as a senior...shot 38 percent from three-point land...turned in 30.4 points per game to go along with 7.6 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.4 steals per game as a junior...led the Hawks to the Sierra League championship and the Class 4A state semifinals in 2006...turned in 25 points, five rebounds and five assists per contest his sophomore year...was named his team MVP in each of his last three seasons...captained his squad three years (2005-07)...lettered in basketball and track and field...was coached by Brian Voyles.
