Redshirted last year and will battle for the starting spot at setter in her senior season...expected to provide senior leadership in her third year in the program...along with Karly Sipherd was a member of Bring It USA team that spent 11 days in Argentina competing against the Argentine National Team last summer...along with sophomore Sonnie Sei are the only two true setters on the squad.

2006(Sr-Rs.):  Redshirted so that the Pack would not have two senior setters on the 2006 squad and lose both to graduation.

2005(Jr.):  Stepped into the lineup at setter in game one versus #21 Cal when starter Tristin Johnson injured her knee and led the Pack to the 3-2 victory over the #21 Golden Bears dishing out 60 assists...led Nevada to a 10-1 overall record and 7-1 conference mark during Johnson’s absence with the only loss being at #11 Hawai`i... averaged 12.69 assists, 1.55 digs, and .48 blocks in the 11 matches...dished out a career and Pack season high 66 assists at Louisiana Tech on Nov. 15 which tied for the fifth most by a player in the WAC... averaged 10.89 assists per game overall and in WAC play which ranked sixth in conference only matches and seventh overall...four double-doubles on the season was second on the squad... double-doubles came vs. Loyola Marymount (42a,13d), vs. Louisiana Tech(57a,10d), at Boise State(38a,10d), and at Louisiana Tech(66a,13d)...11 times recorded 40 or more assists in a match which included eight occurrences of 50 or more and four times dished out 60 or more assists...60 or more assists outings all came in victories vs. #21 Cal(60), vs. New Mexico State(63), vs. Utah State(64), and at Louisiana Tech(66)...top match of the season was at  Louisiana Tech on Nov. 5 when she dished out 66 assists, recorded 13 digs to post a double-double but also finished with five blocks and a service ace...earned first volleyball letter.

Junior College
(2003-05): Played two seasons of junior college volleyball, her freshman year at Panola College in Carthage, Texas and her sophomore year at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, Calif. for coach Albert Gasparian ...earned all-region honors as a freshman and was named to the all-state tournament squad her sophomore year...played on the 2004 Golden West College team that captured the California State Championship...totaled 817 assists for an average of 10.21 assists per game her sophomore year.

High School
Lettered  in volleyball(3), softball(3), and basketball(2) at Avondale High School in Auburn Hills, Mich...played her prep volleyball for coach Aarryn Shneider...three times earned all-region, all-tournament, and  MVP honors in volleyball... three-time all-region softball selection and once garnered honorable mention all-state honors... played club volleyball for USA Michigan and Dave Schmidlin.

Getting Acquainted
Enjoys going to the beach, reading, playing with her dogs, and hanging out with her family and friends in her spare time... chose to attend Nevada over Michigan State... daughter of Jim Miller and Kathleen Abel... working on a degree in general studies with minor in health ecology and business administration...born October 1, 1984.
