Earned All-Mid-Empire Conference honors in 2005 at Feather River College in Quincy, Calif.... started 22 games... played in the East County Bowl and the Silicon Valley Bowl.

Graduated from Evergreen High School in Vancouver, Wash....Was the team captain in football and wrestling and named the Outstanding Lineman in 2001...Named Greater St. Helen's League defensive lineman in 2001 and 2002...His football team was undefeated in 2002...Won nine letters in high school, three each in football, wrestling and track and field (javelin throw).
