Will add depth and compete for playing time in the defensive backfield. Should also continue his role on most of the special teams units.
2006: Played in all 13 games...Recorded seven tackles on the year.
2005: Played in all 12 games and started two...Had 22 tackles, 15 of them unassisted...Had a season-high four tackles (three solos) vs. Idaho...Also added three tackles each vs. Washington State and New Mexico State.
2004: Played in 11 games and had 22 tackles (15 solo)...Added a fumble recovery and a half tackle for loss of one yard. 2003: Redshirted in his first year at Nevada.

High School
Graduated from Bellarmine Prep High School in San Jose, Calif....Earned all-league honors and was team's most valuable defensive player... Was named to the All-CCS team and the All-Mid Peninsula team...Was voted his team's most inspirational player...Recorded 87 tackles with two interceptions as a senior in 2002...Also lettered in basketball and track...Won the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes at the CCS top-eight meet.
