2008: Played in every game and recorded 23 tackles on the season after converting from the secondary in the offseason … Notched 4.5 tackles for loss and 3.0 sacks during the regular season … Best game came at Idaho, where he had a career-best six tackles, including two sacks.

2007: Battled medical problems but found playing time in eight games as a safety in the secondary … Recorded four tackles.

2006: Redshirted his first year at Nevada.

A graduate of St. Bonaventure High in Ventura, Calif.  … Earned first-team All-CIF honors as a defensive back … Played on the top-ranked team in the state … Had a 40-2 record during his career at St. Bonaventure.
